SHIPPING, RETURNS & SIZING

Shipping Information

We do our best to ensure shipping is easy and as timely as possible. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world.

The delivery time frame is divided into two parts:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 days.

• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. 

However, please understand this is an estimate. The shipping speed is outside our control and is dependent on the courier company.

Customs Fees Notice

All items may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility as it varies for each country. All shipments of Wear(e) Queer are subject to customs.

Returns

Unfortunately we are not able to provide you with returns and exchanges because the items are sent directly from where they are made and we do not have a central processing warehouse. If an item is broken or defective please send us a message. Exchanges will only be made for products that are received defective or damaged, please send us an email.

Sizing
Remember, to please make sure you pick the right size and colour because our manufacturers will only exchange items if they are defective or broken! All of our tanks, tees and sweaters are unisex! The size charts can be found in the product description of every product.
